Any development project is a managerial problem by nature. We feel the process can be best organised in a way everyone does what he is good at.

Funding partner: is the enabler of this development process by organising the required money at the right moment. An important concept is that a funder takes ownership and personally involves himselves by guiding, visiting and / or auditing the project.

Managing partner: has overall responsiblity to lead the project and acts as a central communicator to everyone involved.

Executing partner: a vital actor who is responsible to coordinate all interventions in the target community. Execution is done via the target community together with local and/or global 3rd parties.

Target community: is the beneficiary of the process and is leading in the execution and wherever needed assisted by the executing partner.

International 3rd parties: are needed to help to analyse, (co-)design and sometimes execute the interventions from a central/global perspective.

Local 3rd parties: are needed to analyse, design and (co-)execute the interventions locally.

Auditor: The complete proces is audited financially and to ensure that all integrated development procedures are executed.
